Registered Nurses: Invitation to Research Study
Calling for all Registered Nurses who are currently working in the hospital setting in Australia and are interested in simulation.
I would love to hear your thoughts on non-technical skills (communication, teamwork, decision-making, situational awareness, leadership, etc.) in nursing and whether you believe this can be trained.
I will be hosting small focus groups to discuss this further with you.
